Are trip packages modifiable?
Yes, provided that you submitted a written request upon the booking of your trip, and had received written authorization from an official of Lejore Discoveries. Please note that you will be liable for any additional costs that may be incurred by virtue of this modification.
What category(ies) of accommodation may I choose?
Lejore Discoveries carefully selects 4* and 5* properties for accommodating our guests. In the case of a safari or related event, care will be taken to ensure your utmost comfort, safety and security.
Do I need to wait for my friends/family to be available to join me on my adventure?
You are welcomed to join our trip as a solo traveler, should you so desire. Lejore Discoveries’ friendly and hospitable team will ensure that you are well cared for while you are in our company
How can I pay for my trip?
Payments for your trips may be done via electronic fund transfer (EFT), and using most major credit cards and debit cards.
Are flights part of the package?
Usually, Lejore Discoveries encourages its clients to make their own travel arrangements (and ensure that the requisite travel insurance coverage is in place). However, should you wish to get our support for booking your trip, we will happily oblige.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, you are strongly encouraged to purchase adequate travel and health and accident insurance for all trips. Should you fail to arrange prior insurance coverage, you will be liable for any costs that are incurred for such services.
